Uh why would you want two tension bows? There are different items that have better stats if you're looking for armor pierce/ weapon power. Also, the passive doesn't stack so you don't actually get 360 bonus damage after 6 seconds.

Wouldn't aftershock complement tension bow better?

PF > TD > Huge Auto attack (Slice + Tension Bow + TD attack buff) > Run away.
