So this is your first item to start with. Early game you will need some damage so picking this up on start is the best option!

Oh Flare Gun! I've never seen anyone use you since SEMC updated you. But seriously the flare gun is good! You can use it to check bushes for enemy before invading their jungle! Seriously people should buy more flare gun!
This item is amazing on Rona with her burst damage. and works perfectly with her ULT. With the lifesteal Serpent Mask has you can last longer in a team fight!
The boots give you Health, Armor, Health regen and movement speed. Good for chasing and escaping from enemy.
Alternating Current give you attack speed and deal bonus Cp damage to your enemy which make is a good item on Rona
Aftershock is a good item that help you deal with Tanks like Glaive Ardan etc. It also give you 25% cooldown acceleration
Give you Armor Pierce and bonus damage good for bursting down tanks.
Give you and your team a shield that block every thing! and also some health for you to stay alive longer in team fights.
Give you a lot of armor reducing basic attack damage makes you harder to kill.
Give you a little of both Armor and Shield.

Flare Gun. After you got your starting items go and wait at the Fist jungle camp which spawn at 0:25 into the match. After the first jungle camp, Start clearing the jungle like normal. If you need more gold you can always invade the enemy jungle, but make sure to use your
Flare Gun to check if the camp have been taken or is there an enemy at the camp.

Book Of Eulogies
Heavy Steel and a
Book Of Eulogies go gank the lane and kill the enemy if possible. To gank as Rona avoid using your
Into the Fray as a engage, Use your
Foesplitter to jump to your target, but don't use it a second time save the second strike of your
Foesplitter to kill your target.
Into the Fray to slow your target to prevent them from escaping.
Alternating Current and an
Aftershock these are the core items for the mid game. Alternating Current Help you take down turret as well as enemy's heroes. While
Aftershock give you burst damage on tanky heroes, Also pick up the
Crucible This will help block some damage from the enemy. Mainly in the mid game you want to gank lane a lot since you got most of your items. But if your team are falling behind fast, You can just farm in the jungle or the lane if you feel safe, To get your final items to carry your team in the late game.
Journey Boots and a
Tension Bow, But you can also get the
Journey Boots in the mid game if you feel like you're dying too fast in team fights. Buy the
Weapon Infusion and the
Crystal infusion These will boost your Wp and you Cp. By the late game if you have the full build also no one can kill you....not even
Krul can kill you! At this point of the game you want to focus down who ever do the most damage in the enemy team and ace them.
Into the Fray ready if you have to run away from the enemy.
