Choose carefully when picking your late game items as they will greatly effect how fast Rona dies and how quickly you can take out enemies. Clockwork and Bonesaw is recommended as clockwork greatly reduces her cooldown and bonesaw increases her attack speed getting her bloodrage up faster. Depending on who you are up against I would swap out bonesaw for Aegis. This is useful against krul, koshka and taka. Mainly koshka and taka as it is hard to regain health with your serpent masks against their burst damage. However this doesn't mean whenver you are up against taka or koshka get Aegis, look at what other players (including your team) are building and work around that.
