I played about 100 hundred games with Ringo with 95% win rate and finally come up with perfect build for Ringo as fast pusher (winning until 15 min). It takes into account that your teammates will be a meat for your opponents and will take part of damage on themselves >:D
This build is not suitable for people who are not experienced in kiting and fight positioning. You are able to be a killing machine on the first level (get a buff for a crit, use second skill and easy kill enemy mid hero by kiting).
Hope my empirical evidence will suit some players!
