Threat Hero Notes
1
Baron He's too slow. Even slower when you use your shiversteel and heroic perk.
2
Celeste Squishy but has annoyingly high damage. All you have to do is get to her and she'll be gone.

Taka He's here! Nevermind, he's gone... He'll never let you get to him. I suggest a flare gun and a hand above your aegis to block his surprise attacks.

About Krul Top

Krul is a jungle hero who is best at 1 on 1 battles. Having "lifesteal", Krul often wrecks his opponent and comes out of the battle seemingly untouched. He builds up stacks of his lifesteal through basic attacks. (1 basic attack = 1 lifesteal stack) (Maximum of 8 lifesteal stacks). These stacks increase the health Krul steals from his enemy and the damage his spectral smite (B ability) may cause.

Though he is almost sure to win every duel, there is a high chance he could be killed in a 3 on 3 fight.

About Sticky and Tanky Krul Top

Usually, players go with the defenseless, offensive Krul. Recklessly picking fights with anyone in sight, this squishy and vulnerable character excels in 1 v 1 duels, but fails horribly when he gets outnumbered.

This build is the perfect mix of defense and offense. Sustaining Krul's damage, and maintaining high health is the key to playing this hero well.

Ability Breakdown Top

Heroic Perk: Shadows Empower me (After standing still in a bush for 1.5seconds, Krul gains movement speed, and the next basic attack he lands will slow the target by 40%.
- This perk is your first gap close. Use it when you run straight out of a bush to ambush an opponent and slow them down, though after a while they regain their speed. Use your shiversteel + dead man's rush combo as your second gap close

A Ability: Deam Man's Rush (Krul launches towards an opponent, landing a basic attack. As he does this, he gains an extra health barrier which means "X" amount of his health cannot be touched until this barrier wears off 2 seconds after the ability has been activated.)
- This is your second gap close. Tap shiversteel before tapping your A to slow your target yet again. Though it is nearly impossible for a laner (usually low defense and high attack hero) to still be alive after this second gap close, you have one last opportunity to slow them down and finish them off...

B Ability: Spectral Smite (A man sized sword falls down on a selected opponent, dealing damage. The damage caused by this skill is determined by the amount of lifesteal stacks Krul is able to build up before using this ability. Once this ability is used, Krul's lifesteal stacks go back to 0.)
- This ability is your only ability that you will not need to close a gap and prevent escape. Spectral Smite will be your grand finale, the finish touch to securing your kill.

Ultimate Anility: From Hell's Heart (Krul launches the blade from his chest towards a chosen direction, the first hero to be hit by this will be stunned an certain amount of time (the stun duration is determined by the distance travelled by the sword. Farther distance travelled=longer stun)).
- This will be your third and last gap close. After using this ability, you will NEED to finish off the enemy laner with Spectral Smite, otherwise he would get away.

Item Breakdown Top

Journey Boots
Everyone needs boots, be it fleeing from the opponent or closing in on a weakened foe, this item is an essential in every build.

Shiversteel
This is where Krul gets his "stickiness"- being able to stick to a specific target. The function of this item is to slow an enemy hero down, therefore allowing you to get close, build stacks, and finish him off with a spectral smite

Aegis
Use this to block crystal damage. The annoying Taka will have a lower chance of killing you when you have this shield in you inventory.

Atlas Pauldrom
This item slows attack speed instead of movement speed. Tap on it to shut down high speed hitters like Rona and SAW.

Breaking Point
Krul is the best hero for lengthy fights. Breaking Point is exactly what he needs. After being in battle for a certain time, Breaking Point activates. This attack item makes Krul's basic attacks stronger and stronger as the duel progresses.

Bonesaw
People often try to counter to counter Krul with armor. To shred this armor off, you need Bonesaw, which literally slices through the opponent's metal jacket or atlas Pauldrom (armor).

How do I use this build??? Top

The main purpose of this build is to maintain high damage without dying. Krul's role is to take our laners, not junglers or protectors. His task is to get past the protector, then the jungler to get to his target. Most Krul's have no defense, therefore they die before even reaching the enemy laner, this is what the defense items (atlas Pauldron and aegis) are for. The shiversteel is used to slow the enemy laner down to lessen chances of escape, and while Krul builds basic attacks on his prey, his lifesteal stacks make for higher attack strength, regeneration, until these stacks reach a maximum of 8, when Krul can finish it off with a BAAAANNGGG!!! A man-sized blade drops on the target, crushing him... Once Krul has finished his job, the fight will be 2 vs 3, with the opponents missing a man. This gives Krul's team the advantage over the opposing squad.
