I'd suggest adding some defense and getting rid of the Stormcrown and getting some more weapon power instead unless they have lots of armor because Stormcrown does true damage which ignore armor and shield but if you are trying to go roam Taka (not recommended) I'd suggest getting rid of some damage and add some team wide items like Fountain of Renewal or Atlas Pauldron. Also, Clockwork really shines when you have lots of CP because it amplifies 30% of your CP and an Aftershock doesn't give that much CP. If you just want the CD, Stormcrown and Halcyon Chargers are better options. Finally, I'd like to know why getting the third point on Kaku is better than getting a second point on X-Retsu.

Honestly this build is not attended for a roam build just a build to not get the kill but to sustain enough damage then get out of dodge or to distract them enough for respawns or when you team is attacking kraken. Due to the low armour u have you can't fight for to long. You have to be precise this your attatcks(bascally you have to guerrilla warfare) and in team fights don't show your self to soon cuz you will just get gain up on. Depending on your gameplay this may or may not work. I'm sorry for the mess up doing that I'm doing this on my phone but you should get the second point on the X-Retsu instead of KaKu when u get the chance. The reason I chose the boots was because the low count down 12 sec if you get the hit means you can keep the pursuit or to get out. Mainly it's for you to be hella annoying and I know I have a few flaws and it may take a while to get used to but to me it's hella fun in the end.
