As a CP Taka, your aim is to "hit and run".
You should try to burst down the laner or the main damage dealer of the team.
Normally, you will enter a gang fight with your X-Retsu, wait for the enemy to use an ability before using your Kaiten to flip over him, and Kaku to safety.
Some heroes like Fortress and Petal have troops and abilities that can seek you even in your stealth mode, hence they are of greatest threat and definitely have to be bursted down.
Other heroes like SAW or Ringo are not much of a threat as they are fairly squishy and can be easily birsted down.
Most of the time, you would want to avoid a Taka Vs Taka scenario, as the 'Kaku'ing never ends.
In a team fight with 2 Takas, you, as a Taka should always go for the other carry.
This brings me to my point on the build.
Aftershock can give you a good burst and nice regen and lifesteal.
Broken Myth not only allows you to play around with the Ki and BM stacks, it also gives shield pierce and nice damage.
Shatter Glass and Clockwork are always around to help amplify your CP damage.
Halcyon Chargers will be good as it gives good movement speed and a nice regen and HP buff.
As for defenses, buy a defense against the main damage dealer of the enemy team.
You can also buy defeses for the hero you will not be bursting down.
Assuming you are attacking Ringo, and Reim is after you. You willbe attacking Ringo and ringo will not have enough time to react (he will not attack you), so Reim will try protect Ringo by attacking you, hence, buy defenses against Reim.
