Nothing much to say but if you try this build start off from lane earning gold and molest the enemy heroes with your Chakram.
If there is a Taka,krul,flicker, or kestrel in enemy team use scout traps and place them in your lane's bushes so you can have vision of them. Always keep scout traps with you if you have a stealthy enemy thats it keep back throw your Chakrams and you'll deal massive damage to them. Think twice before chasing a target or it may turn the odds against you. Chase for the vulnerable ones thats it.
And remember play as a carry always stick by your lane you'll earn lots of gold and kills from there.
