I'm not an expert at this game, not in the least but I have been trying out a lot of things as Vox, and finding what he works best at. Vox should be played in lane, preferably alone in the lane with other heroes available to jump in if necessary. I have no idea why he would be played in jungle because his main advantage is against large groups of enemies where he can attack all of them at once.
Vox excelles at clearing lane minions, use pulse followed by sonic zoom and then use basic attacks and sonic zoom to kill them quickly once you have enough crystal damage.
Early game you need to focus on minion kills, use your sonic zoom and pulse combo to kill quickly and efficiently. Also remember to use sonic zoom if an enemy is low, even near a tower because quite often you can get away without taking too much damage.
Mid game you can try and kill enemy's in the lane with everything you have. You can easily catch up with enemy's thanks to your high movement speeds, so don't be afraid to help you're teammates in the jungle if you can get the kill.
Late game you need to stay in a group with your team, and if you encounter the enemy in the jungle, hit them with your ult, there's no way they can dodge it. If you want you can swap Journey Boots out for Warhorn to give your entire team a speed boast, it has a shorter cool down however not as good stats. Go with what you like. Don't forget that once you have completed your build, you can buy crystal infusions without having to use an inventory slot, so spam your left over gold :D
