He is still strong!!!! The Taka is one of the Most baned heroes because he is such a good assassin and get kill laners easily. But often the late game taka is weak. Here we have the critical with the tyrants and the early damage with the tension bow. Even attack speed and some cp is there. U can change the alternating current but the cp is making takas Ultimate much more stronger and even his Kaiten is more dangerous. I never had problems with this build. The tension bow is making him so strong in early match and can help u to make enemy's amor not so important. The end match is best un teamfights where he can easily take out the laner and go back then to join the teamfight. Taka is never a tank and won't get one. Begin the match in the jungle and try to get his Ultimate and the tension bow as fast as u can.
