 Krul The only problem with this character is that he can regen health so a bit annoying but you can overpower him easily.

 Glaive The problem with this character is that he can do a lot of damage along with his abilities but you can still overpower him easily.

This is a build focused more on the good players. New players can use this build but it will be harder. Krul should mostly be in jungle with occasional lane to kill enemies. This is a great build that can get anybody a nightmare if used correctly. The items for the build cam be bought but it might take about 15-20 minutes to fully make the build.
