Use this ONLY when heroes are fleeing. Especially the ones that are low on health. This can be awesome for steal killing too (if you are the type of person who likes to KS kills)!
From Hell's Heart Top
This can be used to steal Kraken, gold mine, minion mine and also kills! Time it correctly 4 full effect. Use it before fights or use it to stop enemies from fleeing. Remember to use it wisely and not to waste it.
