Petal Don't underestimate Petal and her range. Her Munions can distract you and slowly damage you, but you need to focus Petal herself. Always be watching your health when fighting a Petal, Her Ultimate can easily burst you down and secure the kill.
6
Rona Rona can burst you down and slow you, so be wary when playing against a Rona. Use Roadie Run to literally hit and run.
6
Skaarf Scarf's long range Spitfires and fire damage will hurt in Late Game. You will have an advantage early game, but you need to be aware of your health when fighting a Skaarf. Sue your Halcyon Potion as soon as the fire ball hits you in order to counter the damage effectively.
7
Celeste Celeste's range is what will be your disadvantage. She can hit from very far away and her stun can be devastating. Always have a teammate with a stun with you when confronting a Celeste.
8
Ringo Ringo's Achilles Shot can and will be the death of you. Saw is a slow hero as it it, being slowed by Ringo is not good for his health. Make sure to have a teammate with you if you are going to engage Ringo.
8
Krul Krul is a threat to every hero as it is. Hit him as much as possible without him hitting you. It is inevitable that he will hit you, so use Roadie Run to hit him and run away.
8
Taka Taka is the 'King of Burst Damage,' so be careful and have lots of Halcyon Potions when playing against a Taka.

Why I Chose to Overdrive Roadie Run Top

Roadie Run is basically a second pair of boots, use it as your getaway when you are low and your kill secure when they are lower. Suppressive Fire is good for taking out minions and helping secure a kill because of the slow.
It is better if both you and your enemy stay alive and retreat, rather than you both dying. It gives your opponent extra gold to spend will they are dead.
I am still unsure of whether hitting an opponent with Roadie Run and running away is the more efficient way of escaping, or if just running is better, but i will look into that. I think hitting and running is better, but i might be wrong.

Reasons Behind Alternates to 2nd Serpent Mask Top

Serpent Mask
With the 'nerf' to the Serpent Mask in 1.10, I'm adding some alternates to the 2nd Serpent Mask.

Tornado Trigger
This will help you hit SO much faster, so you will build your stacks up faster.

Breaking Point
The Breaking Point will make sure that you deal enough damage once your stacks are built up that your opponents most likely won't be able to kill you in a team fight unless they all go for you.

How to Play with this Guide Top

With this build, you need to play Saw VERY conservatively at the beginning of the game. The more life-steal you get, the more bold you can be. You still have to be wary, though.
With your Journey Boots and Roadie Run it is almost as if you have 2 sets of boots. You need to save Roadie Run for fast getaways or quick catch-ups.
If you are certain you can get the kill with Roadie Run, feel free to chase your opponent. Be careful, though. If you do it too much, their teammates might be ready to ambush you.
Turrets are always a problem when trying to get kills, so just don't get killed by them.
Use Suppressing Fire to take out groups of minions so your turret doesn't get overwhelmed.
This build is meant to try to make SAW the almost unkillable tank when he is Spun Up. Do not get mad if you die because you don't have enough health.
You need to be moderately aggressive for this build to be effective, but don't get cocky.
