Wow. Absolutely amazing guide! Just a question, what is your favorite type of fortress to play? I haven't quite tried WP but I really like a tank/ CP build and while I'm here, do you have any tips for CP or Tank Fortress?

Thanks you!

I enjoy playing either roam or wp fortress. I never got into playing cp fortress because originally it was faceroll OP. Also it just felt like an inferior CP shank SAW.

Tank fortress is amazing! First shop visit pick up boots, then build fountain > cauldron > T2 contract > atlas or shiversteel > warhorn > remaining atlas/shiversteel or finish off with a sorrowblade/aftershock.

If I ever run cp fortress, which is rare I always make sure that one of the other heros on my team is attack speed focused. Because it is not always possible to proc your Law of the Claw yourself. CP fort works great with a ringo/saw/adagio/krul. I feel like CP fortress is a semi carry not a full carry, your going to be enabling your laner to chunk oponents and your going to peel for him and help him engage/stay involved in a fight.

Thanks for the questions!

Nice build. Had a game against krul with this build. He bought an atlas and metal jacket lol. Kiting is important as wp fortress is squishy. Thanks for the build guide. It's really fun playing as wp fortress haha

Definitly! I can't emphasize enough how important understanding how to kite is! And if you have a roam who knows how to peel for you then its very hard to beat!

Instead of tyrant, what if use breaking point instead? Great guide btw.

It's definitely a good choice in exchange for monocle. But I would only recommend it if both the enemy carries are building armor. Specifically metal jackets, because a Atlas can be reflex blocked.

Nice guide on WP Fortress! I always wondered what would happen if you played Fortress as a WP carry instead of the standard CP and utility.

Congrats on getting into Synergy! Keep up the good work.

Added Kestrel's Synergy and Threat pieces.

I am also now a member of Team Synergy as their Lead Columnist and so I am dedicating the Synergy pieces to them for their support and the oportunity I have received.
