Here is my ultimate Phinn carry build. This build might seem crazy and your first thought is like WTF Phinn as a carry? I have tested this build and I havent lost using it. When you have all your items that I listed as your "final build" you can destroy a tower without minions helping in five hit and a few second. Since Phinn has such high health and armour you don't even get hurt by the tower. Now remember you are playing this as a carry and not a support, so ideally you would have a catherine or fortress as a tank, so you can lay the ungodly wrath onto your enemies.

Start out with Quibble, so you can kill the minions faster and build up some weapon power. After the first Quibble make sure you upgrade Polite Company as quickly as possible until Forced Accord is available. After the first Forced Accord upgrade, max out Polite Company and then max out Forced Accord. As you increase your weapon power you want to be able to use these abilities to bring your enemies back towards you, so you can finish them off. Quibble is pretty much pointless with this build, so I would say don't use it because your hit points from basic attack will be much stronger.

Your first main items should be Sorrowblade, Tornado Trigger and Travel Boots. It doesn't matter how you build these items but just get them as quickly as possible. At this point, if your team hasnt got destryoed yet, you should have Sorrowblade, Tornado Trigger, Travel Boots and you should be building towards Tyrant's Monocle and another Tornado Trigger. Fishinsh building the Tyrants Monocle first but also start the Tornado build as well.
Once your Tyrant's Monocle is completed and you have your Tornado almost completed start building a Bonesaw as your final item.

By this point you have either lost or are losing, but you will soon be able to turn any game around with your amazing attackng power. Don't worry about defense its not needed and your Catherine is tanking the damage for you right? The trick for this is to bring your enemy into you by using Forced Accord while standing behind your tanker and keep the enemy from retreating by using Polite Company.

Start in the Jungle like every Phinn does and adventually invade the enemy jungle by brute force and when you think you have enough damage roam the map like a Pudge from Dota 2 using Forced Accord as your hook shot. This is a perfect build for an easy suprise victory but you have to have to correct teammate with you or you get crushed hard. Catherine or Fortress as a support and a kestrel, skye, ringo, or blackfeather as a co-carry. The co-carry is nice to have around because will draw the enemys attention away from you until its to late and youre to strong to stop.

stay thirsty my friends.
