I think the other builds have covered quite abit on Items already, so unless people actually want me to explain I'll leave this empty for now.
Well for team comp, although its entirely possible to win with any other heroes, I'm only suggesting.
As a Laning

Its nice to have a dependable, warrior in your team and either an assassin or tank.

Krul is an amazing warrior to pair with
Lyra, Usually the things that Krul needs are, Speed to catch up to the enemy to land his hits and skills and although he does have very potent lifesteal when build with WP, it takes time for the stacks and you can heal him to make sure he gets there. He can also absorb the damage and stun anyone trying to go around and hunt for you so that you have enough time to teleport or react.

As a Roam or Jungle
Lyra,
Its nice to have Warrior or Tank (yes, I world rather have a tank jungle than an assassin) and of course a laner.
- [Jungle] - You can build very similarly to as if you were laning and it usually still works out in your favour. Just make sure to not waste your skills when not needed so that you can always escape or secure when given the chance, just make sure not to risk too much.
- [Roam] - Do not hesitate to go to lane simply to heal up your lane or Gank if possible, you should have more potent heals when building as a Roam so Stay Alive, and keep Allies Alive!
