Weapon Fortress gets most of his health from minions so if you're low, begin to farm in jungle if you're alone. Though you're going weapon you're still a support after all so try not to hog all the kills. Aegis was thrown in because I've been struggling with Crystal koshka/Cele/Etc and it works really well with this build. Serpent's mask was to get extra health just incase and Stormguard Banner was put in for getting faster minion kills to gain health even faster, Tornado trigger was also thrown in for even faster kills so you won't lose much health while in battle. While in late game and you have any extra coins invest your coins in Fountain Of Renewal, not only will you be a perfect support to help your team but you'll be the most op Fortress around, good luck everyone and I hope you enjoy this build.
