At the start, grab Oakheart and some potions and head into the jungle. Farm until you can get boots, dragonheart, and storm guard. Every now and then, if the enemy laner is available go help out with a few ganks. After you get warhorn, build up to clockwork. I like to upgrade to travel boots after you get clockwork. If the enemy is building all weapon or crystal, feel free to build a shield item too before you get aftershock. Aftershock is to help you do some damage while you're supporting. Once you have those main 3, finish off with the items that will best help you support your team.
One tip I've found is try not to use your ultimate unless there is only 1 or 2 enemies left, it will be much more effective. I know this chapter isn't super helpful but hopefully the build is! It has worked well for me so far and hopefully for you too. Thanks guys,
