This is for confident players. When you want to "harass" your enemy try positioning on the top near the middle bush at the lane. Since you have no boots always stay near the middle brush at lane. Use Tip for last hit.

Well if you want to last hit a minion without using a skill here it is.
if you don't know to time your attack just look at the minions life.
HOW? Well if you look carefully at the minions life it's red right? But at the moment your damage can one hit it it becomes another shade of red.What?? "Shade of red" yes because it is dark red then it will become
A lighter red.
One Hit => lighter red HP
