Threat Hero Notes
1
Catherine Catherine is the least of your worries. Like most heroes in the early game, she is weak and you have the advantage by being tanky and strong. More often than not you'll be with a teammate, so you can go and help them take her down.
2
Ardan Ardan 1v1s are kind of annoying because you can each deal lots of damage while shielding yourself. Just go with a teammate to kill him and try and avoid if he is helping a heavy-damage dealing enemy.
3
Skaarf Since skaarf has been updated he is not as easy to kill now, as he was before, but if you go with an ally, you should be able to take him down easily. Just make sure he doesn't get a head start early on because he will roast you late game.
3
Adagio Adagio can be tricky to deal with because he can heal himself and slow you to escape. Once you have your ult, make sure you use it wisely as adagio can use his ult in yours to shut down your whole team.
3
Joule Since Joule's new update, she has been made stronger which means that she will be harder to take down. Avoid her thunder strikes and make sure to stop her early on by invading her jungle with your ally.
4
Ringo Ringo is harder to deal with since he deals so much damage, but since most people don't build health on him, he should be relatively easy to gank, and shut down early.
5
Petal Petal is a little trickier because if you don't time an ambush correctly, she will attack you and kill you while you run away. Try to get rid of her munions before attacking.
6
Glaive Glaive is pretty hard to deal with any character because if he stuns you back into his turret, you're almost always dead. Only attack him if you are with and ally and he is alone.
7
  No Threat
8
Taka Taka has very high burst damage which means if he gets the jump on you, you're done for. Always go into the jungle with an ally if you're planning to attack him.
9
Koshka Koshka is just like Taka, except that her speed boosts make it almost impossible to chase her or flee from her.
10
Krul SAW is the most dangerous to approach as Ardan, especially once he's fully spun up. This is one of those situations that would call for a metal jacket or atlas pauldron. Only attack SAW with teammates and don't be overzealous with attacking because it could end up with you getting aced.
10
Krul Do not try and engage krul 1v1. I have played as krul and killed one too many ardans who thought they could take me 1v1 when I'm low on health. It doesn't matter how much health you have, krul will almost always come out on tope in a 1v1. Only attack him with allies by your side.

Short breakdown Top

The reason why I made this Ardan build is because of his heroic perk Julia's Gift. It converts 5% of crystal energy, and 50% of energy regen into crystal power. That plus the fact that all your abilities deal crystal damage, makes for an awesome attacker. The Frostburn is very good because it slows your enemy, and if you're playing ardan as a protector, you should have an ally to chase the enemy down and kill them. The Clockwork is good because you don't need energy for your abilities which means all you have to do is wait on cool down which clockwork accelerates. I hope you guys enjoy this guide I worked really hard on it.
