2
SAW Because SAW is really slow, combo your A and B abilities to take him down. He will have a hard time dodging your Heliogenesis.
3
Celeste Celeste can poke very far, and can damage you a ton if she builds up her crystal power. Just be careful and do your best to dodge her Heliogenesis while poking, and you should be fine.
4
Petal Petal has a long range, but her munions can be easily killed. When you overdrive your Heliogenesis, you can poke her even harder without her damaging you.
4
Adagio The best technique is to stun him while he is chanting his Verse Of Judgement. He can't do anything afterwards if you stun him successfully.
4
Fortress Crystal power Fortress can be deadly because his Truth of the Tooth ability can easily kill you. Always place a Helio Star on the bushes to see if he is hiding there, waiting for the right time to gank you.
5
Skye The best way to harass her is to poke her with your Heliogenesis. She can be very dangerous late game, especially with her Ultimate which can slow you down.
6
Catherine Avoid her without your whole team, her Ultimate can leave you defenseless, and if she's with her whole team, they can take you down immediately.
6
Skaarf His Spitfire Ability can damage you really well from afar. Dodge his fireballs as best as you can, or buy boots for better agility.
6
Phinn He is hard to deal with, especially because Celeste is squishy. Avoid his Quibble at all costs as this can deal so much damage to you.
6
Ringo Ringo is very tough late-game. But early-game, he is very squishy, especially if he doesn't dodge your Heliogenesis.
6
Glaive Glaive can be tough to face alone. MAke sure you have your team close to you so you can't be killed quickly.
7
Joule Avoid Joule's Thunder Strike, as it can deal moderate damage to you. The same goes to her Big Red Button Ultimate, which can literally take you out if yolu don't dodge it.
7
Krul The best time to attack Krul is when you're with your whole team. Stun him, then attack him immediately with your team.
7
Alpha If she is on her reboot, try your very best to kill her. If you kill her quickly, she cannot revive.
8
Rona Rona's lifesteal makes her a tough opponent, especially when she has high attack speed. It is best to approach her with your team, rather than being alone.
8
Kestrel Kestrel's arrows make her a very dangerous poker. When you are low on health, never get close to her as she can just snipe you.
9
Koshka Koshka can annihilate you without your team. It is very hard to avoid her Ultimate, unless you have Reflex Block. But even though you avoid her ultimate, she can still dish out tons of damage.
10
Taka Taka is the same as Koshka, but has the advantage of being able to disappear. But if you have high attack speed, you can land your basic attack and reveal him. But, when you see him in the bushes, don't face him for he can kill you quickly.

Early Game Top

The Eve of Harvest can give you many advantages:
1. The energy recharge can prevent the draining of energy.
2. Lifesteal is very helpful at all times, especially because Celeste is best crystal powered.
3. It gives a fair amount of crystal power.

While the Travel Boots can give you more agility, and can make her dodge more attacks successfully.

The Reflex Block can give you more health, and can defend her against stuns, and attacks.

At least 2 Halcyon Potions can help in keeping you alive, as it provides a good amount of health when consumed, and could help you in many situations.

Core Top

Getting the Aegis can increase your defense by a lot. It gives a large amount of shield, and a fair amount of armor, and you can use it to block attacks (Reflex Block).

Getting the Heavy Prism can increase your crystal damage, and will be used to get the Frostburn, together with the crystal bit, which will be upgraded to the Eclipse Prism.

I suggest you to always keep at least 2 Halcyon Potions because these can help in keeping you alive, as it provides a good amount of health when consumed, and could help you in many situations.

Final Build Top

Journey Boots are very helpful as these can increase your agility, and gives provides some helpful buffs like the Health Regeneration, and the increased Max Health.

Frostburn, as said in its description, when you deal crystal damage to enemy heroes will slow them down for 1.5 seconds. This also increases your crystal damage output.

Eve of Harvest provides you many advantages:
1. The energy recharge can prevent the draining of energy.
2. Lifesteal is very helpful at all times, especially because Celeste is best crystal powered.
3. It gives a fair amount of crystal power.

Aegis can increase your defense by a lot. It gives a large amount of shield, and a fair amount of armor, and you can use it to block attacks (Reflex Block).

Broken Myth can amplify all crystal damage by 7% for each second you are in combat against heroes.

Clockwork can increase the cooldown speed of your abilities, meaning you can spam Celeste's Heliogenesis, and if you have a lot of crystal damage, you can harass your enemies. It also prevents the draining of your energy.

Both the Weapon Infusion and the Crystal Infusion can be very helpful, especially when you are pushing the enemy lane as these can increase your weapon and crystal damage output by a ton.

Aegis, Crucible, or Fountain of Renewal??? Top

The three can be used individually, and can all be very helpful:
The Aegis increases your health, provides a large amount of shield, and a fair amount of armor, and triggers Reflex Block.
The Crucible increases your max health by 600, and triggers Reflex Block to you and nearby ally heroes.
The Fountain of Renewal increases your health by 200, provides a fair amount of shield and armor, and heals your and nearby ally heroes.

Celeste's Abilities Top

(A). Heliogenesis
Celeste forms a small star at a target location, dealing crystal damage to nearby enemies. The star stays on the ground for a few seconds, before disappearing. When Celeste drops a star on an already existing star, the star will go supernova, dealing increased crystal damage in a much wider radius. This ability is best used when the enemy team is crowded in one place. A combo of Heliogenesis supernova and a Core Collapse can annihilate your enemies if you have a large amount of crystal power.

(B). Core Collapse
After a brief delay, the target location collapses and nearby enemies are stunned and take crystal damage. Stun enemies near a Heliogenesis star so you can perform the supernova successfully.

(Ultimate). Solar Storm
Celeste launches a storm of stars that travel across the world. Stars collide with the first enemy they hit, dealing crystal damage in an area. The number of stars increases each time Solar Storm is upgraded. Deals 50% to structures. The trailing stars detonate on impact to any enemy hero or structure, while the lead star (Middle Star) pierces through everything, and deals damage. Activate Solar Storm after doing the A B A combo to perform a devastating attack. You can also use Solar Storm for Snipes such as stealing the Kraken or Gold Mine from far away.
