Where should i start, lane or jungle?
You can jungle, roam or dual-lane. IF you plan to lane single, you better change contract for a battery.

Why do you buy heavy boots so early?
It adds to your defense. As heavy carry, you need to move as fast as possible and before you get all your CD (cooldowns) settled, you will be pretty much useless. So your main objective is to get as much money as possible and stay safe as possible.

Why you put CD doubledown instead of going for more damage impact?
[*] First of all, you will need battery very soon.
One battery gives you enough power to fill your abilities over the top, so you need to use this energy - use abilities more often.
[*] Second, you are a softie.
You have great escape ability and you want to be able to use it anytime. Second, this ability provides damage. What is better option, then have it more often and give heal to it? = Aftershock.

It gives LOW DAMAGE!
Sure, it gives so far! But with this, you aim for this:
16 second ulti! which provides damage and silence
1 second A
Everyone reaches level 12 and at this level, you are already far superior! After building your cd, add just one Shatterglass and man(lady), you are a clusterbomb!

Why boots, why dont I buy frostburn, come on, its better.
Because it give you no health and no running ability! You wont be able to roam and your A is still on long cd, so if anyone ambushes you in your neighborhood, what you gonna do? Who you gonna call?
+ it will turn possibly useless as you will get fastest in game at the end anyway.

Party Top

Best served with Taka, as he can provide the damage you are losing in early game and you both can superfast kill in the lategame with escape-return capabilities. This makes opponents absolutly hysteric.

Other than that, free choice based on thinking.

Threats Top

In early game, it can be Cath, Krul, Saw or anyone with higher skill and agressivity to expand more - Which gives free kill possibilities in good team.

From mid game, you are balanced player turning yourself to uberweapon and simply just became absolutely op.
