 Phinn Phinns low damage and easy dogeable moves make him an easy kill but make sure his helper doesn't get you.

For Early Game Top

Early game buy weapon blade and 2 halcyon potions. After sometime farming get a Six Sins and a Lucky Strike. If you are a beast on farming you can just get Tyrant's Monocle now.

Mid Game Top

Make sure Tyrant's Monocle is the first item you get for mid game, because this increase critical damage and rate by a lot. After this look at what the enemy is building, if they have tonnnnnss of armor build towards Bone Saw now and hit Tornado Trigger late game, if not just get a Lucky Strike, Blazing Salvo for Tornado Trigger and one for Bone Saw, you should have enough just before Late Game to get Tornado Trigger.

Late Game (Good Luck Enemy Team) Top

At this stage you can either choose to get Sorrow Blade of Bone Saw first, (Btw I forgot to mention get boots at mid game at sometime you want) from here when you finish this build (I never finished this once my team kept winning cause as soon as I get Sorrow Blade I ace the entire team and we just Kraken the way to victory) you will become Jesus Taka-kun-desu-sama.
