Introduction Top

Well, first of all, I'm Mr.Spaceman; a fairly good vainglory player with-as of now-29 wins. Yes I know you're probably better than me but I wanted to show you guys a koshka build I've worked hard to put into action.
I only started using koshka after I realized I sucked in the lane (any heroes that were laners.) so it might not be the best build, but I've taken down enemies, minions and turrets, within a few hits with said build.

Build elaborated Top

First of all you will want to start your game off with a crystal bit and two potions, this is to ensure you can stay in battle a bit longer early in the fight. We all know that koshka works best in the jungle so start her off there, occasionally head to the lane to last-hit enemy minions and to take down heroeswhile they're weak. (do not head into lane combat alone as koshka is squishy at first and can only hold off so many enemy heroes (2v1 is still safe, 3v1 is the red line.)

Spend the first quarter of the game (around 9 minutes) in the jungle and lane. Farm as much as you can, if you can't, get the ironguard contract and earn gold even without last-hitting. For your first time going back to the shop, buy the heavy prism, to boost damage dealt by her abilities, Another crystal bit (or heavy prism if you managed to get a lot of gold.) for later, and sprint boots to increase your move speed and raise your chances of getting away if the fight goes awry.
At the 4 minute mark, mining begins, do not take it immediately as it raoses the value of your minions and let's the enemies earn gold faster, instead let it sit and let the enemy take their mine, more gold for you.
2nd time around,by now you must have atleast killed an enemy and earned a considerable amount from jungling and gankng lane. At the shop you will need to get another heavy prism, and an eclipse prism, boosting koshka's ability even more, making it easier to corner and kill enemies. The last thing you need before heading out again is an oakheart, remember that koshka is squishy, and if you haven't been careful, you probably have died a few times already, oakheart will add health to you, making your fights last a bit longer.

Mid-game is the time to take your minion mine, and the enemy's too if you feel frisky. Midgame is also the time for you to get more kills in, stop at the shop first and get a frost burn, this increases crystal damage by 100 and will slow targets for 1.5 seconds, the slow increases as you build more crystal power.the second thing you will need is reflex block, to defend against enemy attacks, and boost health, not to mention this is best used before activating your yummy catnip frenzy. Last thing to get is the travel boots, this adds 0.45 move speed and +3 health regen so you don't have to run very far to heal.

Gank enemy laner and jungle as much as you can in the time between midgame and late game, earn as much as you can with ironguard, then sell it for gold and space, you should be at a nice level 6 or 8 right now, with a decent number of kills, and an excess of gold for late game and your third visit to the shop.
You are back at the shop, yay, now here is what you need: shatterglass, it should only cost 1150 or around there, if not, get it anyways, it provides an additional 150 crystal power, bringing your abilities to a point where you can hold pretty well in a 2v1. Eclipse prism and hourglass is what you need next, in preparation for aftershock, if you have enough gold left, begin ticking off items on the late-game shopping list.

Late game, you're nearing the end, maybe, either your side is winning or losing. You will need to rake in MORE gold, I'm sorry, creating this build takes a while. Now you are ready for aftershock, increasing your cooldown, energy recharge, and crystal power even more, better yet, your next basic attack deals 15% of targets health as damage with 50% lifesteal, making killing things easier. Next two items, will be heavy prism and blazing salvo or swift shooter, this is again, in prep. You will be getting alternating current later in the game of possible.

Continue on fighting and farming, if possible upgrade your other items, get alternating current, make the enemy flee when you come near, your final build should look like the one above, if not, it's okay, it takes a long time to pull off, but it's worthwhile, trust me.
