Sup, lords and ladies!
Welcome to my Phinn build guide for the classical support/def Phinn and the rare CP Phinn that actually deals a ton of dmg.
At first, I want to explain wht you should use support or CP Phinn.
Usually everyone (or almost everyone) uses Phinn as a tank and/or as a supporter due to insanely high def stats and the bonus to def items (rip Taka). He is very hard to get killed.
As a CP Phinn you can kill enemies with 3 abilities, is'nt it cool (and broken)? Due to it you can actually try to kill 2 enemies at once. You can also hit the whole enemy team in a team fight! I had a good experience using CP Phinn.

Now let's get started!

Support Phinn Top

That will take me a while to make...

WELL, lets get to why you should get different items!

Metal Jacket:
Gives high armor, that will make Phinn pretty tanky. Phinn will also add 15% to the armor and shield Metal Jacket gives

Aegis:
Gives high shield, that will make Phinn pretty tanky. Phinn will also add 15% to the armor, shield and HP bonus Aegis gives. And Phinn will also be able to block abilities if you have a good reflex.

Atlas Pauldron:
Gives a bit armor and a bit shield but the real deal is that you can make heroes like WP Igris and Krul almost completely worthless.

Nullwave Gauntlet:
Makes one hero you choose COMPLETELY worthless, it also got a nice range so heroes like SAW, Celeste or Kestrel will get ****ed. I also gives you a cooldown reduction bonus, a nice amount of HP and a energy recharge bonus, godly for Phinn.

Crucible:
It gives Phinn a lot of HP and reflex block for his whole team. I like to use this item but Fountain of Renewal is bether for me cause of the Lifespring passive.

Fountain of Renewal:
Good to heal allys whilst fleeing from a hard team fight or to heal allys that are almost dead. I think it got nerfed, I have the feeling that it was stronger... nevermind, it's also nive bcs of the Lifespring passive.

Contraption:
I really like to use this item because you can just plant mines whenever you want and you can shoot flares whenever you want. Sure, it got a cooldown but.... who cares? It's still a lil op.It also got a HP bonus, a cooldown bonus(-40%,op!) and a energy recharge bonus (3).

War Treads
Gives you a nice amount of HP and you can boost with these boots your whole team! So you can escape or chase enemies down with your team.

That was it for why I chose the items and now to the play style:

Im not gonna explain you how to play a freaking tank/supporter...
But heres a combo:
Catch the whole enemy team with Forced Accord (only do it if your whole team is behind you) and stun them with Quibble. If they are still alive and try to flee use Polite Company to drag them back.

CP Phinn Top

CP Phinn is good to deal a ton of dmg, and be still tanky as ****.
I got the idea to do a CP Phinn whilst looking at his abilitys. The one makes 600 dmg with the overdrive the other 500... And so I decidet to make these abilitys even stronger!

Let's get to the items:

Shatterglass:
It's the best CP item that ads flat CPs, ye no passive but, I mean, 150 CPs........... RIP Taka

Broken Myth:
Ye, almost every CP build uses Broken Myth and I can fully understand it. Especially a hero like Phinnthat just got a ton of HP,armor and shield is nice in combination with Broken Myth.

Frostburn:
The 2nd best flat CP item but, this one actually got a passive. It slows enemys, and I love this item.

Alternating Current:
It ads attack speed and CPs.... why not.

Sorry, there is'nt much to say for a CP Phinn, but... promise me.... mass rek tha Taka... i cri evritim thei kil mi.

Ok, that was it for my Phinn build guide, hope it helped some of you out.
