Celeste Celeste's access to instant vision and border control is quite dangerous against a taka, but her low HP & defense balances it out.

Lance Lance's A ability can be particularly dangerous to Taka; Taka thrives off of his sporadic reactions & stealth; which Lance can instantly eradicate.
8
Skaarf Skaarf's gift of fire is pretty dangerous!
9
Adagio Adagio's Perk is particularly dangerous to taka; Arcane fire can quickly give away your location and completely destroy Taka's maneuverability.
9
Fortress Wolves! Fortress can quickly find and locate you; his bleed can also prevent Taka from going invisible when he needs to.

Vox Watch out for that resonance, makes you instantly noticeable.

Petal Munions are a killer for Taka; although Petal can be pretty squishy; those munions can be nasty to deal with and instantly reveal you.

Travel Boots Top

Speed is essential at such an early stage of the game, you want to be able to get where your allies want you and WHEN your allies want you. You also want to be able to clear the jungle as fast as possible to power-farm your way to that Shatterglass, so attack speed and movement speed are particularly crucial. Taka starts to excel mid-game so you want to keep him out of as many fights as you can early game so he doesn't get shut down; this is where that extra speed can come in handy if you've found yourself in a pretty iffy situation and you need to make a break for it.

Cooldown Top

A Clockwork + Chargers Combo will definitely guarantee an adequate cooldown time with a sufficient energy recharge rate; CP Taka will be dashing in and out of fights exceptionally quickly so you want to make sure you can pop that B ability whenever you need to. Taka's entire build relies completely on his abilities so extra ability strength won't do you any good if you can't use them.

Broken Myth Top

Since Taka will remain in a fight for a good amount of time; if you can get those BM stacks up as quickly as you can, Taka will be more effective in deleting opponents towards the end of the fight when the skill moves and extra damage will make a huge difference.

Conditionals Top

As far as damage goes, Broken Myth and a Shatterglass should be pretty sufficient, but it may be helpful to pick up an aftershock if you've got a little extra gold; it makes it much easier to tear down heroes that are tougher to take down at the end of fights; particularly roamers like Lance, Ardan or Phinn. You mmay want to pick up a Tension Bow or an Alternating current if you're low on farm and you need a quick pick-up to clear the enemy jungle or you've found yourself needing to rely on basic attacks (which should be very rare as CP Taka).
