Hi! This is my first hero build guide, so forgive me if this is not a good build. My main hero is joule, and I find it very fun for me to thunderstrike my lane opponents, constantly using my BoE to regen health. I usually kill the laner during the first 2 minutes when I have my jump on. I like how wp joule has strong crystal power even with no crystal. Unlike most people who choose to focus on sorrowblade, I find that buying Serpents mask is very helpful. After I get Serpents Mask I will start on my Aegis to shield against the enemy before building the support weapon items like tension bow and tornado trigger so that I can pierce through the tanks and land several hits off my enemy. I choose to get boots last because early game boots are not really helpful. Oh, and also ensure that you always have a health potion beside you during early and mid game in case you are in trouble.
I have battled many joules too, and most of them choose to go crystal power. Brb might be strong, but I just need to activate my shield and jump on the enemy joule to put a stop to their laser nightmare. However, this does not always work out and the enemy team usually aces us because of the Brb. I am still trying to improve my skills, I am only NB silver.
As for Wp Joule, it completely depends on your team and how well you communicate with each other.
