Catherine Her A is braindead.. Avoid attacking her when she has her B. Her ult is a disengage and engaged ability so try to not get hit the silence hurts his mobility.
10
Glaive Rush reflex block and atlas proton. Don't 1v1 him early on
10
Blackfeather Should not 1v1 at all stages you know why
10
Grumpjaw This powerhouse can overwhelmed you. Try to avoid his skillshots or play safe when champ. Remember you can kill him easily with your passive but don't underestimate grump reputation.
10
Lance Like caterine but more tilting. His B is a no-no for you. Try to dodge his A if you get hit used your B to safely escaped. Remember to kill him when his oncool down .
10
Koshka Absolutely chaos can one shot you. She can tilt you easily in ur mid and early. Try to out mobile her. Rush reflex block or even slumber husk. Her late suck so you rekt take that opportunity and let karma satisfied you.

Key to deal damages Top

Kensei relies on Pure Weapon power(literally just weapon power) and on hit due to his changes.
Attack speed is also good but crit never because he doesn't benefit with allot of attack speed.
Two reason
1.For his barrier more weapon power equal stronger barrier more tanky more outplayed me good at game me pro
2.Ain't a hyper carry like idris or vox. He favors more on raw damages and more strength. His already fast he needs more of those power

Another thing
•His killing squishy potential was Nerf hard. Therefore I recommend to buy tension bow to solve the problem.
•If enemy buys slumber husk, this is when ppoison shive rescue. Remember fortfill healt weakness is mortal wounds =less effective tanky health hack.
•Don't worry this won't kill his tanky killing jutsu but it will make it overkill

Pros and Cons Top

Pros
•High damage output
•Good scaling
•tank killer
•Multiple and creative ways of him to do plays therefore very unpredictable
•Versatile utility
•Strong peeling or engaged (B+C)
•High mobile
•High Outplayed potential
•Good at Teamfight
•Rewarding when master
•Fun to play
•Sexy dude
Cons
•Hard to master
•Required allot of game and match-up knowledge
•Very squishy (easily one shot by burts)
•Uncomfortable Playstyle
•Expensive Build Path
•caught in with CC equals g
g game over
•Easily counter by CC burst and zoning
•Weakness point during channeling ult

Tips and tricks Top

1.Escaping Roots
You escape roots or snared by simply tapping B on enemy.
•Beware that your B is your Basic range
•Hence must be in Range

2.B stance
•If you are not certain what to empower consider taking advantage of your B kensho stance
•This generates forfill health, somehow allows you to absorb some damage
•Remember tapping B will cancel any target locked and you character will not move unless you do
•Hence you can be creative either bait enemy or even do some trading before unleashing your next empowered abilities.

3.B as Gapcloser

•Imagine you walk towards an enemy you hit began basic attacking it, activating B kensho sent a instant basic attack propel kensei backwards.
•Then you walk Bypass them and attack from behind as usual activated B. You notice that kensei leap backwards but actually propelling foward from your view.
•Therefore use this as a gapcloser and decide what empowered you wanna land to enemy
•Not only that by exploring certain angle you will understand where his ganna back off. Practicing and mastering his B is important in order to set plays as a kensei player.
Your abilities apply stacks
•it's important to land your ability to get stack from passive
•reach 3 your next basic attack you get barrier
•It's important to keep attacking and using abilities but be careful you need mobility in order to get more barrier.
•Therefore faster casting ability and basic attack the better chance of surviving from attacks
•Remember you get stacks from heroes or jg or epic monster not minions. You need to land it to get stacks.

Combos Top

Basic dps combo
Locked on target Auto attack immediately A then character automatically do a basic attack press A again character again attack A again auto auto attack
•Note that this is his main source of dps he can do this when or while moving or chasing enemies .You don't need to kit or stutterd step
Second combo unseen double attack
You auto attack immediately Activate B
•give decent burst and surprise enemies with your empowerement
Third combo adding empowered attack
You can use your empowered attack by adding it to dps combo or at any time you fighting.

Common mistake Top

•Wasting your A, remember even though you have allot of mobility you need to use it smartly.
•Not using empowered abilities
•Don't time well
•Don't build right defense on the current situation
•Always using kensei

Summary Top

HoweverHe requires skill than average heroes, He has versatile empowered mechanics and allot of tricks you can do with B kensho.
Therefore a good kensei knows when to strike and reposition while maintaining damage with perfect timing in dodging do personal plays . Remember always do decision when playing the dude you will learn opportunity is very big. Remember it all started with mastering B kensho so practice it do some cool and creative tricks using your way,so be creative . Kensei can do allot of things hence why kensei is very unpredictable
