In this build Kestrel has a lot of damage at the start with the WP items, which is perfect for lane and jungle. The boots is My first pick because this way i can Always escape a fight or make a last hit on a running guy, and we all know the 5 first minutes are crucioul. The reflex block as a second option because for when i need to run It can Be My survival.
The WP items are good at the start and mid game because this way hou Will level up faster. After you have 200+ weapon power you will be able to use active campo in a fight. The lucky coin is for later in team/solo fights and for minions and jungle monster.
Now you have acquired enough WP and you have your Halcyon boots + reflex block/Aegis (It depends on the enemies if I buy aegis), so its time to start buying CP items. First I mostly go for the shatterglass this way my glimmershot have a bigger impact on enemies. WIth the clockwork as a your finally item you can use active camo way longer and more effectively.
