Why this Build is OP Top

With three , your attacks will be insanely fast. Also, increases your basic attacks massively. Combined with , your attacks will deal lots of damage. will give you lots of lifesteal in combat. Furthermore, your Achilles Shot will slow the enemy before they come up to you, and your Twirling Silver will even more increase your attack speed. You will kill them before they last a single hit on you. If they get away, finish them with Hellfire Brew.

The only way to beat this guide is if the enemy stuns you and kills you before you attack them-- you are very squishy. However, your lifesteal and damage should keep you alive.
