 SAW Saw can be a threat because he can lower your health insanely fast before you manage to get to him.

 Ringo Ringo deals a lot of damage when building weapon and can chip away at your health while moving, making him hard to get to.

This build takes advantage of Spectral Smite's capabilities of weapon and crystal Life steal at the cost of losing some total health. Tornado Trigger allows you to get all 8 stacks of Spectral Smite much faster and Serpant Mask heals you a lot as you do so. Clockworks is to have your abilities available as often as possible. Crucible adds a large amount of total health and allows you to counter several other heroes and their abilities. Halcyon Chargers is there to further decrease cooldown time. The sixth slot has been left blank for a situational item. If the enemy is building weapon, you could fill it with Metal Jacket or Atlas Pauldron. If they are building crystal, you could put Aegis in. The last slot is for any situational item depending on what is happening during the game.
