Item Breakdown

Start.

1.) 2 Weapon Blade for effective farming in the first five minutes.
2.) a Weapon Blade and Sprint Boots for early teamfights and a more aggressive 5 minutes.

1st Shop Visit.

Get a Tension Bow. The Tension Bow is great for ganking and picking up kills in early game specially on enemy carries. In early game, timing with can greatly remove the enemy's health up to 50 percent.
Get Sprint Boots next, if you haven't.

Slowing Down and Countering Your Enemies.

Get a Dragonheart and finish it as soon as possible to a beautiful Shiversteel. The 40 percent slow will be enough to catch fleeing heroes without having a tier 3 boots.
Now every early game has that one hero that deals massive damage to it's enemies. This item guide requires you , to build both Aegis and Atlas Pauldron. But choose what to build first based in the situation. If you are being snowballed by a weapon carry or jungler (examples are ), best bet to get the first. Same also applies to and CP heroes.

Mid' and Late Game.

Get a Journey Boots.
Build your second weapon item, the Poisoned Shiv. In this moment, you'll eventually get more attack speed which is somewhat unusual because all other builds for out there starts with an AS item. You can now decide whether to sell the or not, because we are getting our last and final item, the Bonesaw. I chose Bonesaw over Breaking Point because as , your enemies will build armor and you gotta dig deep on those (armor). Not only you but your teammates will also benefit on those shredding your'e doing.

The Passives.

Some calculations of the items.
Tension Bow = 45 weapon power
Poisoned Shiv = 30 weapon power
Bonesaw = 15 weapon power
Total is 90 weapon power plus your hero's base damage which is 146.96 weapon power so
90 + 146.96 = 236.96 and rounded into 237 total damage.
But heroes have armors so you wont directly deal that damage.
Say your enemy didn't build any armor so he or she will be left with his base armor which is 60.
So a normal basic attack is
237/(1+60/100)= 148.125 rounded to 148 weapon power.
How about an enemy with a Metal Jacket?
Then a basic damage will deal
237/(1+230/100)= 71.8 rounded to 71 weapon power.
That's just a basic attack, without armor pierce and armor shredding.

Your damage to a Metal Jacketed hero is 71. That's just basic attack with no other effects. But with Bonesaw's shredding passive and say you've got the maximum 8 stack with each stack equals to 5 percent, your damage should be
8*5= 40 percent armor shredded, so 60 percent left.
230*0.60= 138 armor left.
237/(1+138/100)= 99.6 rounded to 100 weapon power.

In update 2.9, SEMC changed the formula of armor and shield piercing and quoted, "The new pierce formula is in line with how Bonesaw's shred effect works, as in, if you have 30% shield pierce and the enemy has 100 shield, when you deal crystal damage to them, the damage will be calculated as if they had 70 shield".
Also piercing don't stack anymore so the item with the highest piercing will be applied, a.k.a. the Bonesaw, again.
Say (again) that you already shredded your enemy's armor to 138.
The armorbreaker of bonesaw is 18 percent, so
18% of 138= 24.84.
24.84 armor was pierced, so
138-24.84= 113(rounded, 113.16 original) armor left with those shredding and piercing.
So the last formula will be
237/(1+113/100)= 111.2 rounded to 111 weapon power, against a Metal Jacketed hero.
Then add the 180 damage every 6 seconds by a Tension Bow.
111+180= 291 damage.

Base Armor is 60, plus Atlas Pauldron's 80 and Aegis' 30 then
60+80+30= 170 armor.

Base Shield is also 60, plus Aegis' 125 and Atlas Pauldron's 35 then
60+125+35= 220 shield.

Base Health is 2,494, plus Journey Boots' 250 and Aegis' 200 then
2,494+250+200= 2944 health.

Base Mobility is 3.4, plus Journey Boots' 0.6 then
3.4+0.6= 4 movement speed.

Base Attack Speed is 1.363 or 136%, plus Poisoned Shiv's 30% and Bonesaw's 25% then
1.363+(1*0.30)+(1*0.25)=
1.363+0.3+0.25= 1.913 or 191% attack speed.

NOTE: ALL CORRECTIONS REGARDING MY CALCULATIONS ARE ACCEPTED. THANK YOU.
