Why do you start with Boots? Top

Thats a very good question. I start with boots because in my opinion its the only item that works with Gwen in the early. You can start with attackspeed or Tier 1 Crystal aswell but in my opinion you need this mobility in early to get to you jungle team faster.

Why do you max. B ?! Top

I max. *B* because of the great escape and chase situations. If you are low and the enemy Jungler is chasing you, the only way to escape is by using your boots and *B*. *B* helps in almost every situation in the game.
