The idea of this build is that once you get alternating current and eve of harvest at the same time your basic attacks will have crystal damage and with eve of harvest you will have a health regen for a percentage. You will need to have clockwork only because of the fact that you will also need to use your abilities a lot for energy damage which will give you regen.
