Reim is a low jungling hero so u have to use your root effectively to stop your opponents from getting away. It's often a good idea to get travel boots a bit earlier than other players so you won't always be falling behind.
Reim's passive Top
You don't need to buy Frostburn on reim because his passive already slow the target.
Skillshots Top
Reim's 'A' is pretty hard to land. You have to start predicting your opponents movement so you can actually land your 'A'. It can be frustrating when you first start playing him, but after several games it gets easier.
