Its an unconventional build for Ringo since most people do not tend to go weapon power with him. However I believe it work very well,trust me. With this build you have to be very careful early game and even sometimes mid game because he is very weak. However once you are in mid to late game Ringo goes to work and pretty much cant be beat. Thanks!
