Threat Hero Notes
1
Rona Goop her, burn her, keep your distance, sit back on your deckchair and let the easy money roll in. #swaglife
1
SAW In lane, Saw stands no chance. If he uses his second ability (the line of bullets) you can Spitfire, Goop, then hit him with some basic attacks to stack up the damage and push him to the his turret or else kill him.
2
Petal Once upon a time, the Munions blocked spitfire. Not anymore. Throw a Spitfire through them and unleash the Goop to make vegetable soup. With spaghetti. And meatballs.
3
Phinn Phinn is mostly minor threat, as you will rarely be in range of Quibble and Polite Company. In team fights, Forced Accord, his ultimate, is the only threat. Skaarf functions best in this build controlling the fight from outside and only commiting at key moments. Ensure to stay a distance and lock him down with your Fan the Flames %health damage and Goop. Kill him last.
3
Joule Joule struggles against Crystal ranged Heroes in general, as her passive only buffs her Armor, not Shield. Dodge her Rocket Leap, and stay out of range of Lightning Rod.
4
Krul Krul struggles to chase you down, but if he does, you may as well pack up. Wait for him to burn his From Hell's Heart ultimate or build Aegis instead of Fountain of Renewal, then Goop him and put him back down under!
4
Skaarf I dunno... Pick a more swagolicous skin than him. May the best Skaarf win!
4
Glaive Afterburn is your only issue. It positions you where he wants, not where you want. If he uses it on a teammate, Goop him and Dragon Breath will do the talking.
5
Fortress Just keep your distance, as Fortress is a monster up close. Keep a Goop between you and him, then throw out a Spitfire to burn em' a new one, because he WILL try and get you with Truth of the Tooth.
6
Vox You outrange him easily, but his sonic dash-thing gets him past your Goop. Dodge the Wait For It, however, and you will dominate in teamfights. Wait for him to use the dash and Goop+Dragon Breath for the kill.
6
Adagio As a solo laner, Adagio can troll you by healing minions you wish to last-hit. His Agent of Wrath buff gives extra WP to characters like Ringo and Glaive, who pose a major threat if they get to you. Luckily, your DPS is much greater than his.
7
Celeste Sailor Moon vs DBZ... That was bad. :( Her damage exceeds yours hugely, so goop her and have your jungler take her out. Aegis and Crucible are excellent builds against her.
7
Ardan Gauntlet is scary against this Skaarf build, and this Skaarf build only. You are separated from teammates and your influence is limited. He will also hunt you with Blood for Blood and Vanguard hurts your DPS badly.
8
Taka G A N K B O Y S Also, his Kaku lets him search you in a team fight and take you out. Have a tank at the ready to help you out if you get ambushed. Just... Be ready to die. A lot.
8
Koshka Koshka has a stun ultimate and lots of burst damage. She can also pounce over your Goop. Aegis or Fountain of Renewal will sustain you before help arrives. Similarly with Taka, expect to die in teamfights. Do as much as you can to win. #KoshkaXTakaisbestship
9
Skye Skye's greatest strength is her mobility, which allows her to dodge our dragon's Spitfire. In addition, her Suri Strike ability lets her fly over your Goop, negating a lot of your damage. Having a heavy slow or stun is useful to lock her down or at least tell your teammates to make killing her a top priority.
9
Catherine Catherine is scary. Build Reflex Block early, and dodge her Blast Tremor silence in a team fight. Avoid hitting her with Spitfire while the Stormguard barrier is up, especially late game.
10
Ringo Ringo beats you in lane, and has the range and speed to avoid your Goop. Achilles Shot shuts off any escape, and he can eviscerate you with Twirling Silver. Rely on your teammates to kill him, as he is your worst night mare.

Remember! Top

Keep your distance in teamfights. Never approach the chaos unless you need to chase. Stay at the back and stategically place your Goop in areas your opponents need to go, or use it to deter them from certain routes. Spitfire is your main source of DPS, so fire it off at your target of choice whenever it is available. Dragon Breath should only be use to secure kills, or if the enemy team has burnt all their stuns.
It is a very strong ultimate, just use it wisely. It heavily benefits from Broken Myth.
Frostburn is the main weapon of this build. It should be bought immediately after travel boots and void battery. From here on, you should build Clockwork. The remaining order is your choice. Frostburn's slow gives you incredible presence in teamfights, and makes them susceptible to area of effect attacks.
Fountain of Renewal helps you further manipulate the fight to your advantage, with it's great heal.

HAVE FUN!!!
