So, I love to keep it simple, and I've always wanted people just to tell me exactly what to do. So that is what i'm doing for you. So here it is: get all those items IN THAT ORDER. In the order you see them as. Left to right, top to bottom. The Your Choice part is just that: by that point, you choose what you want. I like tornado trigger. The clock helps too.
Notice no Energy items: thats because you have to follow my (patent pending) method of jungling: Defeat all monsters, make your way to lane. Scare them off. Go back to jungle. Use abilities sparingly so that you will always have energy, or will know you will get the jungle health/energy boost from the 2 monsters. Plus all those potions you're buying. They help too.
