How to utilise this Sustain Build Top

All you really need to do to utilise and play with this kind of build is make sure you stay out of danger and with every team fight be always at the back. Never initiate the battle, leave that up to your support. As you should with most sustain builds, look out for Taka mostly and any other critical damage you may encounter. With this kind of build, you must stay in the battle as long as you can!
