First items to buy are Weapon Blade and Six Sins. If you are earning lots of gold, consider upgrading to Sorrowblade early. These two items will really help your early-game damage, allowing you to quickly execute enemy heroes. After that, buy Journey Boots. Taka needs to be able to move FAST in order to keep up with a fleeing enemy or reach a teammate in time to help them. Finally, Blazing Salvo will be crucial for Taka to take down enemies quickly. Increased attack speed and more damage in those attacks are the best weapons for Taka.
Mid-game is when you'll be getting most of your core items. If you haven't already, use the Weapon Blade and Six Sins to buy Sorrowblade. Almost all Taka builds need this item. From there I reccomend upgrading to Tornado Trigger, allowing you the opportunity to kill enemies even FASTER. Since you will have Sorrowblade and Tornado Trigger by now, Tyrant's Monocle will ante up both of their effects by adding its own. Finally, Shatterglass is great when enemy heroes have a lot of health, and basic attacks can't finish them in time. If need be, replace Shatterglass with another item to suit the needs of the match. Finally, I leave the 6th item to your preference. I usually go for a 2nd Sorrowblade or Fountain of Renewal (to help allies in team fights). Other good 6th items are Tension Bow, Crucible, and Aegis.
