If you are going lane for Idris make sure to buy weapon blade, book of eulogies and a Halycon potion. After you get enough gold go back to base and buy either option 1, heavy steel and blazing salvo and barbed needle or option , go for sorrow blade. After the 15 minute mark you should've brought boots for escape and chasing down enemies, either a reflex block, aegis or crucible for hero ultimates, either a serpents mask or tornado trigger or sorrow blade and some Halycon potions or another health item.
If you are going jungle make sure to buy a weapon blade and swift shooter plus a Halycon potion. Once you get enough money you can go to the jungle shop of home base to buy heavy steel and blazing salvo. As a jungler you shouldn't buy barbed needle and such since your main goal is to kill only the carry and run away not the entire enemy team. In addition you could buy alternating current to help kill jungle monsters and well as kill the carry more easily. By the 15 minute mark you should've brought boots to chase down the carry, a crystal item that doesn't activate Idris heroic perk, Divergent Paths, sorrow blade and a weapon item that allows you to do criticals and/or attack speed and a blocking item along with Halycon potions or another defensive item.
