Start Ringo in lane, of course.
I shall start with explanation of ACHILLES SHOT(A) as the initial skill. During laning phase, apart from focusing on last hit, harrasing enemy lane would be of a great help to hinder their farm. (A) skill would works extremely well with Ringo passive, which is Double Down. Try it when its active, first use (A) follow by a normal shot to the enemy lane. Do it often and i guarantee you their roam will be there to assist in no time.
As for the initial purchase, having a weapon blade would make last hit easier. For Book of Eulogies, if would help you maintain with ample health in lane as you could regain a bit of health per monster killed. Potion wise is for unforseen circumstances, such as enemy diving you and you need urgent recovery.
Counter-Build are situational base, as shown in the FINAL BUILD. Recommended to get Bonesaw if enemy team build heavy WP armour, the Full Metal Jacket. If enemy has huge life steal hero like Rona or Blackfeather with serpent mask, poisoned shiv would counter them. Giving them mort wound(-33%) healing.
The tips and trick of a range hero would be to do the famous stutter steps, its relatively simple, just imagine ringo in space(your mind) gauge its attack speed animation with your current items, after attacking once, there will be this few miliseconds pause before the next attack, during this pause, change the hero direction by tapping on the game screen, away for retreat, forward for chasing. When the pause animation is about to end tap on the enemy hero for the attack, repeat the procedure and you will be doing a beautiful stutter steps. Do give it a try. A few practise will master the technique. For match uo, Ringo is better when accompanied with a tanky jungler who is able to dive into the enemy formation, such as Reim or Glaive, while enemy is beings distrupted and focusing fire on the jungler and roam, its your time to step in. Do not be the first to engage or you will end up being waiting for respawn. Take out the enemy laner first would be a priority. If unable to do so, deal substantial damage to the enemy jungler or roam when they get too close to you, provided you are able to receive help from your allies easily.
Lastly, as common sense, when ACE or enemy left roamer, laner will proceed with taking down the tower while roam and jungler goes for mine. Same as kraken. One important point is that if your team ACE just outside enemy tier 3 tower, end the game. Do not give them chance by going to kraken.
