When playing as silvernail, mobility is the key to become deadly.Make sure to use stutter step on this hero as well to make use of his ability to its max.It goes the same to his firs Ability, Stake (A)... stake placement on the lanes or whenever you are is the most important thing on making a good plays.Put stakes on choke points or place it near you where you can link those stakes together on situation that you need it the most.Wether it is for defense or Being Aggressive and Try to isolate an enemy hero from fleeing.
Silvrernail is squishy in early game, so becareful until you can get yourself a lifesteal item such as serpent mask or poison Shiv.For me i love both of them but silvernail is really good when you have the attack speed for him. So feel free to try :)
Oh and whenever you're out in the lane and pushing the minions... don't be afraid to poke the enemy and stress them out. This is why i advice to overdrive the Caustic Blessings (B) ASAP. you can poke the enemy with this on a long range while keeping yourself safe from harm.
Maxing his ulti is also a good choice because of the passive that its provide. Double the damage on his passive which is the double arrow basic attack. And that's a lot of damage...you can easily destroy an enemy if you're fast enough to use your ability and chase them with the journey boots :)
