How To Support 101 (If you're advanced, skip this chapter) Top

Your first buy should always be an Ironguard Contract. ALWAYS.
To work a Contract and roam, then play in the jungle. You have to hit the jungle camps first, and let your ally takes the last-hits. This way, your Ironguard Contract can give you and your ally bonus gold, and heal you. You are meant to let your allies get 80% of the total gold in the game, and the other 20% of the gold should be gained through your Ironguard Contract. You need to be a tank, but your job is to help your ALLIES survive. Get it through your head that you don't need to survive, but your teammates do.

Items! Top

Contraption lets you use near-unlimited Scout Traps and Flare Guns.
Breaking Point should be your second or third buy. It combined with the passive of Stormguard Banner, you deal massive splash damage and quickly strike your enemies for lots of damage.
Journey Boots should be your fourth or third buy. Speed is key, but use your dash to support your allies.
Crucible should be your second or fourth buy. Use it when your ALLIES are in danger.
Fountain of Renewal should be your fifth buy, unless your teammates need an Atlas Pauldron to survive. Use it for your allies' heal.
Your sixth buy should be one of the situational items.
