I find that finishing the build off with a second Tornado Trigger is the way to go if you're doing well. Otherwise go ahead and grab that extra armor or health to grab that extra balance breaking endurance you need. Remember that your ultimate is not based on health, but level, so don't expect it to improve your survival rate post-destruct.
