Early Game Top
Early game is all about getting farm fast. Spectral Smite on the minions in jungle if you have to, just be sure to keep vision up and don't stop farming. If you are the target of early game fights, do not engage unless winning is ensured. Be sure you either have two allies in lane, or one ally with an Ironguard Contract. Once you get enough gold, continue to shop/base and buy some mid game items.
Mid game Top
Your mid-game is all about bursting down minions and enemy heroes. Continue to farm. An assassin should stay in the shadows, know where and when to strike, and stay alive for the next attack. Secure objectives whenever necessary. As a Krul, you will need attack speed, but you wont be sustaining long, so don't worry too much. Focus on move speed. Your late game should be somewhere around the list given.
Late Game Top
Late game, you are the reason your enemy's fear the jungle. You cannot really sustain well, but if an enemy strays to get, say, a miner, you will have their head. Jump in to defend your allies. Rush in the finish off fleeing foes. You may want to swap for more weapon damage, and from mid game you can even easily transition to a basic Krul build. The choice is yours.
