Complete Guide for Koshka Top

Check out my Complete guide (that I will be using as my main post from now on) here.

NOTES Top

First off, huge respect for people who spend time to do complete/exhautive guides (or even anything at all) for heros. This is my first guide (or forum post) for any game. All the time, testing, writing, editing, and tweaking involved has opened my eyes to the dedication and passion players can have for a game.

If you have enough gold to bypass the building stages of an item, do it! This guide is meant to be a step-by-step item progression for people like me who get flustered in mid-game, buy the wrong item, and then have no more space to finish upgrading their tier 2 items to tier 3.

Really appreciate any up-votes. Lets me know that I made something useful :P

Early Game Top

Energy regen(eration) is key at the start. Nothing is worse than having your abilities off cooldown (CD) only to not have the energy to use them. To that end, start with an Energy Battery, and build it into a Void Battery as your first item priority. Side note: purchase and use Halcyon Potion at your own discretion, although I recommend staying at 2-3 so they are more easily dumped later to make room for the last half of your Mid-Game.

Snag a Crystal Bit next for upgrading into an Eve of Harvest at the beginning of your mid-game. Grab Hourglass and Oakheart, turning hourglass into a Chronograph to end your start game with extra health, energy regen, and better CD times.

Mid-game Top

Get that Crystal Bit into a Heavy Prism to turn into an Eve of Harvest making your first El Fin item. I like getting Eve of Harvest first because of its mixed enhancements, namely the lifesteal, allowing you to stay in the jungle and/or lane longer (rather than waiting for more health while jungling or attempting your first assassination attempts).

Wasting as little time as possible, build from scratch an alternate current. I suggest picking up Swift Shooter / Blazing Salvo before Crystal Bit / Heavy Prism for the extra attack speed (and thus reduced CD for pouncey fun and twirley death). Alternating Current and Eve of Harvest is your first passive item combo - well, two combos really. The life steal and harder hitting every-other-attack keep you in the thick of it longer, while the increased attack speed pumps out damage while reducing your CD allowing you to twirley death your targets to, well...death!

Further reducing your CD is your next priority. Build the Crystal Bit / Eclipse Prism half, and Clockwork is your third Final Game item. At this point your targets are becoming more resilient; Shatterglass will fix this. Side note: This is the first time you will be using all 6 item slots. Time to dump those consumables!

Finally, turn your Oakheart into a Reflex Block to further infurriate your targets with 200 blocked damage while carrying out your assassinations.

El Fin Top

Welcome to El Fin! By this time you should be in double digits in terms of your level. The goal of your end game should be to last longer (via the Crucible) but still be the most effective assassin (via Crystal Infusion) as possible.

Alternatively, you can choose to get back in there faster with Journey Boots. The Journey Boots are awesome and I'd rather be able to use all of these items at once, but this is an impurrfect world. The Crystal Infusion allow you to keep up your assassin persona and finish off turrets, the Kraken, and the vain crystal quicker.

Hope you found this guide useful! Leave a comment, show me what you would do differently, and friend me in VainGlory (username: wolf_hands). I'm on twitter too (http://twitter.com/wolf_hands).
