Early game (jungle) Top
Bf is very weak in early game. Disengage teamfights with the b if you not are good feeling with his. I recommended Saint shooter for first item because of to improve quickly the the energy bar for faster cleaning of the creep scorre in the jungle. Remember to not engage.
Early game lane Top
Spam the b ability and farm. If the enemy is ranged type attack the minions near your torret.
Mid game Top
Now you can engage. Use only the combo b and a ability to engage. If enemy use a crowd control or tyr to stun you, use the c ability. I use the c only to counter the enemy skill and repositioning if i losing the fight. You dont need the shiversteel if u know to use boots and the combo a and b ability. You dont need to buy reflex block because of you have your ultimate.
Late game Top
My tier 3 item is boots because of i dont use shiversteel and i need plus mobility of the enemy. Use FoR at the Mid of the fight at the second time you ave used the b ability so you will have a hp barrier and dont dei during healing. If you arte feeling with bf i recommended bp for second t3 item with baarbed needle but if you have needed more healing during teamfight u have to buy sm first. I usually close games with piercing spear and weapon infusion but if the match are so long buy bonesaw.
Situational Top
You need mj against wp kestrel.
I use aegis against cp taka, skye, koshka and reim because i need a RB for their ultimate.
I use tm and tb against squishes enemies at times.
Threats Top
I have difficulty only against very good skye.
