Threat Hero Notes
1
Baron Baron's abilities all need aiming, thus can be easily dodged by a Blackfeather
1
Celeste Like Baron, her abilities are aimed and are easily dodged by Blackfeather
2
Adagio His ult can be easily dodged, and unless he is building offensively, you can 1v1 him with no problem.
2
Ardan Your Rose Offensive can be used to run from Ardan's Gauntlet. Like Adagio, unless he is building offensively, you will have no problem in a 1v1.
2
Skye In a 1v1, just avoid Skye's Death From Above. In team fights, wait until she has used her abilities before engaging directly.
3
Kestrel You can easily dodge her One Shot One Kill and Glimmershots, but be wary of the Active Camo stun.
3
Petal Since both your On Point and Rose Offensive deals weapon damage in an area, you can use that to kill her minions, leaving her vulnerable. For WP Petals, sneak up on her.
3
Skaarf Your Rose Offensive can run from his Dragon Breath and Goop.
4
Glaive Glaive's Afterburn is somewhat hard to dodge, but otherwise you should be fine.
4
Koshka Koshka is both sticky and lethal, so use your Rose Offensive to counter her ult, or you will die.
4
Phinn Phinn is just overall annoying to kill, just make sure to dodge his Quibble.
4
Reim Reim relies on targeted abilities, so dodge them and you should be fine.
4
Vox Vox can keep spamming his Sonic Zoom to keep his distance while damaging you, so stick close to him.
5
Alpha Alpha can catch up to you easily if you try to run with Rose Offensive. However, you can also use Rose Offensive to run from her Prime Derivative or Termination Protocol.
5
Blackfeather I mean, duh.
5
Flicker You should have no problem with a 1v1, but Flicker's invisibility can let his team get the jump on you.
5
Gwen Gwen can burst and chase you down, so avoid a direct confrontation. Instead, sneak attack her by hiding in the enemy side lane bush.
5
Idris Idris can be very sticky, and he can also run away, so you can't do much to chase him down or run away from him.
5
Lance Lance is sticky and fast to retreat, so buy Shiversteel to counter.
5
Ozo CP Ozo isn't much of a threat, but make sure to use a strategy similar to the one for Krul to kill a WP Ozo. Use Rose Offensive to dodge his ult.
6
Catherine A Catherine stun can be hard to dodge. Getting stunned while on the front lines of battle can spell doom for you.
6
Fortress Fortress's speed can allow his team to stick to you easily.
6
Lyra Lyra's Bright Bulwark can prevent you from using Feint of Heart and Rose Offensive. Stay away during team fights
6
Rona Rona is hard to kill. If your team is grouped up and she activates Red Mist, run away. It will make her easier to kill (less lifesteal and Breaking Point stacks)
6
Samuel Samuel can keep his distance and burst you down from afar. Make sure not to fall asleep, or you will almost certainly die.
7
Joule If you attempt to 1v1 Joule, the winner will be the one who initiated the fight. Both Joule and Blackfeather do better when they start the fight, so run if Joule jumps out of a bush.
8
  No Threat
9
Krul Like every character, Blackfeather does not have good chances in a 1v1 with Krul. If you must, the best strategy is to kite him with your Rose Offensive, using On Point to take jabs at him and generate Heartthrob and Breaking Point stacks. Only when you have full Heartthrob (shown as broken hearts) and 10 Breaking Point stacks do you confront him directly. Also, Atlas Pauldron helps.
9
Ringo Ringo can burst you down before you can get to him, so make sure you get the jump on him.
9
Taka Take can easily burst you down, just run away from him. Buy vision items for good measure.
10
SAW Like Ringo, SAW can burst you down easily, so try to kill him when he does not have any Spin Up stacks. However, stacks of Spin Up can potentially slow is retreat, so if he has full stacks, be wary but try to get the jump on him.

Ability Breakdown Top

Here is the ability breakdown for Blackfeather.

Heroic Perk: Heartthrob

Each of Blackfeather's basic attacks will inflict one stack of Heartthrob on the enemy. This stacks two times on minions and monsters and five times on heroes and objectives. At full stacks the hearts will be shown broken. Each basic attack on that enemy will deal bonus crystal damage(10% times number of stacks). This allows his crystal builds to deal damage without abilities.

Additionally, Blackfeather uses Focus instead of Energy. Focus is capped at 100 and regenerates 10 per second and 10 per basic attack.

First Ability: Feint of Heart

Blackfeather will lunge at the target enemy, basic attacking them, dealing light crystal damage(50%), and inflicting 1-5 stacks of Heartthrob on the enemy(based on level of ability). The enemy will leave a trail for 4 seconds that grants Blackfeather and his allies a speed boost that scales with crystal power(0.6%). If his target has full Heartthrob stacks, Blackfeather will deal additional % health missing damage that scales with his weapon power(20%).

Overdrive: The trail will make Blackfeather and his allies unslowable. Additionally, if the target enemy is killed within 0.5 seconds of activation, it will refresh the ability's cooldown.

Second Ability: On Point

Blackfeather extends his sword, dealing weapon(50%) and crystal(180%) damage along a small line. It applies a decaying slow for 1 second. This duration is increased by 0.3 seconds per Heartthrob stack. If Blackfeather hits an enemy hero with this ability, he gains a barrier that scales with 10% of his max health and recovers 35 focus that scales with his max energy(2%) and his energy regen(50%).

Overdrive: The range of this ability is increased from 7 to 9.

Ultimate Ability: Rose Offensive

Blackfeather dashes in a target direction, basic attacking all enemies along his path and dealing light crystal damage(50%). During the dash, he is immune to all negative effects such as stuns, silences, and even burn damage. Note that this ability has two charges, so you can chain them together.
