Gwen, and I don't mind it horribly, but I prefer the punch she packs with a weapon build. Buckshot Bonanza (A) and
Skedaddle (B) because hitting with her
Aces High (C) can be difficult, but there are times I decide to max out C instead. I only recommend doing that if you've got a good handle on hitting your target with it, so practice!
Sorrowblade, the better. It's what's gonna give you some edge with
Gwen. I'd also try and get at least one defensive item going as fast as possible. Some people would prefer
Metal Jacket over
Atlas Pauldron, but I find that Atlas has worked best for me in game, especially against someone like
Koshka or
Joule. I have
Halcyon Chargers coming in last because honestly,
Gwen is pretty fast as is, and you can get away with holding off until late game before upgrading those.
Halcyon Potion whenever I go back to the store, so keep that in mind.
